Co-contribute

The IIMPS sCube platform enables individual social security (pension and insurance) accounts for individual members. It also provides the administrative ease in tracking social security contributions, account balances, returns for each individual member and individual insurance claims.

Importantly, with individual accounts, and centralised recordkeeping and administration, the platform enables direct transfer of co-contributions into individual member accounts. Donors are able to direct pension and/or insurance co-contributions on the basis of member socio-economic profiles or contributions history. Donors are able to effectively monitor co-contribution delivery to the intended audience and measure the impact of the intervention on individual member behavior.

IIMPS invites government departments, donors and corporates to co-contribute to this social security initiative in the form of pension cocontributions, life insurance premium contributions and through funding and technology support for institutional capacity building for individual MFI and cooperative partners.
